ICC Global Survey of Business Policy Priorities for G20 Leaders

Introduction

Introduction

The Group of Twenty (G20) is the premier forum for international economic cooperation. Its members account for 85% of the world economy, 80% of global trade, and two-thirds of the world's population. Since 2008, the G20 has played an instrumental role in shepherding the global economic recovery--and its expanding policy agenda increasingly bears upon core business objectives for trade, economic growth and job creation. To date, however, the G20 process has progressed with little input from the companies which drive the world economy.

In order to ensure that the voice of business is heard by G20 leaders, we seek your input on key policy issues the G20 is currently addressing. Your views are critical to help us shape business input to the G20, and will ensure that the ICC G20 Advisory Group of leading international CEOs can more effectively advocate for the inclusion of business priorities that matter most.

You have been contacted because you are a valued member of the ICC global network of chambers and national committees. We appreciate the contribution of your time and expertise.

The survey covers key policy issues on the G20 agenda, including business recommendations put forward at past G20 business summits.
